To the January 1st 2008, MERZ GMBH
has restructured the activities and established the new MERZ Schaltgeräte GMBH + CO KG for the product group switchgear.
The product groups mobile current distribution, test technology and sheet metal works remain unchanged as core business in the MERZ GMBH
Continuity and competence with a new share holder 02.05.2006
Since December 2005 PC Electric Ges.m.b.H., based in St. Martin/Innkreis – , is the new partner and main share holder of the MERZ GMBH. PCE is a specialist for industrial plugs and sockets according to IEC 309 and for small electrical distributors. Common to both companies is the ongoing development of innovative products dedicated to customer benefit and high production quality in all product ranges. Due to the cooperation both companies have good possibilities in growth and market penetration. |
